Matt Tredennick, principal of Tredwell, brings the unique perspective of experience from both inside and outside of district operations.

Matt began his career with a private architectural firm serving a wide range of rural and urban school districts. In the role of project architect, Matt lead teams through all phases of design and construction, with a focus on consensus building and synergy, while maintaining forward progress.

After a decade in the private sector Matt moved into the role of District Architect for the St. Vrain Valley School district. In this role Matt manages district facility standards / educational specifications, secures grant funding, leads bond planning, provides architectural services for small projects, and coordinates design efforts with district educational and operations leadership.

Matt created Tredwell LLC in 2024 to bring this experience and insight to other Colorado school districts.
